We will send you an automated confirmation notice acknowledging receipt of your details and will process your request and reply to you within three business days.

On completion of us accepting your refund request, please allow 14 days for the credit to be placed on your credit / debit card. The credit may not show on your next credit / debit card statement, as the time taken for the refund to appear can vary.

You are eligible for a price-difference refund if your request meets the following criteria:

Price-difference requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase at holidaymate.com. Please note: the holiday offer must be the identical product including the hotel, destination and Flight Operator. Also, please note that for some flights there are often different types of tickets within the same flight, for example: some tickets can be cancelled or transferable whereas others cannot; some tickets are for different classes (e.g. business, economy, etc) and can be priced differently within the same flight and are classed as different products. Therefore Holidaymate will only match the price for identical flight products. Please send a copy of your flight itinerary to assist our enquiries.

Prices are compared on holiday price where comparisons include the accommodation, flights, plus handling and any extra charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
