You are eligible for a price-difference refund if your request meets the following criteria

The holidaymate.com refund guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the identical holiday package to Turkey immediately available and is priced accurately. The holiday offer must be the identical product including the hotel, destination and Flight Operator. Also, please note that for some flights there are often different types of tickets within the same flight, for example: some tickets can be cancelled or transferable whereas others cannot; some tickets are for different classes (e.g. business, economy, etc) and can be priced differently within the same flight and are classed as different products. Therefore Holidaymate will only match the price for identical flight products. Please send a copy of your flight itinerary to assist our enquiries.
