Standard

This category offers a standard programme of open buffet, lunch and dinner.  Snacks are also offered at particular times of the day.  Please refer to each hotel AI concept for times.  Also offered are local drinks and beverages ranging from soft drinks, local beer & wine, local spirits and beverages offered between certain times only.  Some other facilities may be included in the concept and offered at certain times.

Gold

The Gold category offers an extended version of the standard concept.  This is to include open buffet, lunch and dinner with snacks throughout the day (may be offered at certain times) with late night snacks available.  This concept would offer soft drinks and local drinks and beverages all-day (times may vary).  Also tea/coffee and cake time may be offered.  A light animation programme is included.   Some water sports (such a non-motorized) may also be featured at specific times.  The Gold concept would be allocated to hotels with a minimum of 2 bars & restaurants.

Platinum

Holiday Mates premium category would be offered to resort hotels with many facilities on offer such as Holiday villages and 4 or 5 star category hotels (Holiday Mates own star rating)….. The platinum concept offers breakfast, late breakfast, lunch & dinner, that also includes snacks and ice-cream during the day (specific times may apply) The hotel would offer a minimum of 3 restaurants – some A La Carte with reservation.  24 Hours local alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are included with some imported spirits included.  Mini-bar is filled at check-in and this category also offers a daily animation programme with some night shows, tennis and some water sports and other activities available.
